That is pappy's old one completely reborn. Been gone through like a mug! Not much the same minus the frame and plastic. By the way Pappy, what's it gonna take to get the powedercoat off the subframe? I am setting up for an all black hard anodized plating, but need to clean up the powdercoat. Got a Diamond Racing Exhaust setting in the box ready to bolt up. Trying to finish up on lightening the wiring harness, along with swapping out some of the relay for SSR. New graphics should be up by this weekend too.

looks good!!

take the sub off the quad

lol then spray it down with paint stripper. let it sit for about 20 minutes then rinse it off and dry completely...then repeat. after that have it sand blasted. id check with the place thats doing the anodizing about what they want the surface of the sub to be. its possible that they will NOT want it blasted. check with them for better prep etc.

the yellow handgaurds will be a plus when that black turns to brown

SSR=Solid state relay, to get rid of the reed automotive style.
only got one shot of the diamond exhaust, but not for sure if I can put it on here yet. I will check with the builder. Lightening it and simplyfing by moving all the grounds in the harness and running one continous ground.

Kenny thanks for the info. I am gonna have to see how Tony wants it prepped. Have you seen the hard-anodizing....it holds up to wear extremely well, and looks pretty trick. Kinda nice if he will swing it in a batch for free, guess we will see.

Got the graphics done too, hope to have those on this week sometime. Shimmer red lettering w/ prism yellow border. Really nice looking!!

shoot all i ride is mx........................with plus +4's all i can go on is the road into the woods...............

we should meet up sometime............... i havent been there yet this year tell the equipment operator to make more jumps and groom the tracks better............
