Blaster problem-need help!

Hi all,
My littler brother bought a 01 blaster and it runs like crap from idle to just off idle.
If I back the air screw out 4 turns, it seems to get better.
do I lean or richen the pilot jet?

i would think your jetting is off but check the plug out if you havnt already. look for the obvious first then start messing with the jets.
