Today I was hanging out with my neiborhood friends. A kfx700 drove by. We were too far away to see it too good though
Later on that day we were im my woods(where I ride and next to the same road ) taping stupid things because we were bored and the guy on the kfx came by again. This time we flaged him down and talked too him. He asked if he could ride around my woods a little and I said sure. We were watching him and taping him and he came up his little hill and saw that we were taping so did a wheelie but too hard and went back. He bent the grab bar up to the plastic almost and broke his tail light and tail plastic and slightly scratched his plastic. He didnt get hurt at all but sucked because it was the second day he had it. He live within walking distance and is a nice guy so I probably have a new riding partner. Well hes a little older so maybe my dad has a new riding partner... Anyway the reason I made this was because a got some pics . I dont know how to put the whole video so ill stick with pics.
Oh yea and my camera is messed up for some reason but I can still get the pics.:grr

First pic was when he was far away.

Are you sure that guy was older, he looked really small. Maybe that is just the size of the quad. That sux about him wrecking.

Maybe it is just me, but that seems like a weak grabar.

Heres the souviner i found after he left.

I was there when it happend o was runnig over to the road to see if the guy would come in and ride and i heard like cracking and i looked back and the fourwheeler was on the bar very cool but sucked for him cause it was brand new

He thought he could get three guys on Harleys to come in the woods and ride with us.

true true i was trying so hard and the just went buy

Maybe he should discover the rear brake, brings the quad right down when going back like that. Looks like he got burned trying to show off for you.

Ya, he probably wasnt used to doing stuff like that. Guess he wont do it in the future.

Man, that does suck for him. Maybe he should give it to somebody who does know how to ride it. On the 2nd day man that sux really bad.

Cool, about the new KFX and stuff, too bad for him breaking it already But those 700's are pretty nice

Why would he do that??? It was a simple mistake that im sure he will learn from. If when you first rode your 250ex and you wreaked would you give it away?

Posted by: XANDADA

Yea... It beats paying close if not more than 8, 000 bucks.

I went to the Price Utah race that is part of the WORCS series and Lenny Duncan and Doug Eichner rode the 700's. Lenny wrecked his and bent the frame. The quad was a loaner from Kawasaki and I guess he owes them some money for that one. Doug didn't finish the race. I guess he blew his 700 up. It wouldn't run.

Hi all, Well, I am not the person in the photos, but one of my buddies was reading your forums and sent me here... He was LHisAO. Not more that a few months ago, I had just got new twin pipes on my KFX700 and went out for a ride. First time out with the new pipes and I pulled a wheelie. Dajavoo, same thing happened. Grab bar bent and riped the tail light right off. My friends got a good laugh!! But no pictures... (wuhoooo) Anyway, I feel for the man... And although I still love wheelies, I have a new found respect for them.

Kind regards,

P.S. I have 2 other friends that have the KFX700 Vforce's and they are great bikes. They are a bit top heavy, but they work for BIG guys. The Smaller guys I ride with go for the lower center of gravity on the 400 and 450 sport quads.

Check out www.atvryde.com for some pic.s of the Boise, Idaho area.

Wow, this thread sure is old..

I remember when I made this, the KFX was brand new (I was in shock when I saw the dude riding down the road... So we waved him down... Cheaked out the quad, (he let me ride it ) then he rode with us a little and thats what happened...
