i heard they changed frost up a lil bit, but no big changes and the quad track still sucks *** as usual, but who ever rides on that anyway...

go on the expert track its kinda fun, and ifyou know the guys, or go with someone who does ( as i do) they will let you on if it isnt busy on the mx track if u can do most the jumps

i think that track may be a bit too big for me, i havn't even been riding a year

, some day ill get my ***** on that track though

..do you ride frost a lot ? il probably catc you down there cause im there a lot too
