You can remove the dent a couple ways. Poke a hole in the pipe where the dent is and pull the dent out then weld the pipe. Or use air pressure to remove it and you can also plug one end and fill the pipe with water then plug the other end and put it in the freezer. The water will expand and pop out the dent. I know that you can ceramic coat a 250r pipe, too!

I can also do it in Black, cast iron, and aluminum colors, these colors would be cheaper to have done because I don't have to polish them. After the ceramic is baked it comes out looking chalky white and has to be polished, unless the buyer asked to leave it that way. I am checking into a supplier to see if I can other colors such as red, blue, yellow and a few more.

I can also powder coat the exhaust in a high temp powder.

I will PM you with prices.
Thanks

Posted by: danney f

You would think that, but everyone is waiting for their winter rebuild.

But I'm ready whenever they are.

Posted by: 300EXrider02

does this act as a HPC coating? like keeping heat in? or is it souly just for looks? pm me with a price for a 300ex head pipe

Posted by: danney f

Yes, it is an industrial grade high temperature thermal barrier ceramic coating, just like haveing it jet coated. The chrome ceramic tends to dull some with use, but can be easily repolished and it wont change colors on you like real chrome does.

300EXrider02
I'll have a PM on the way in just a minute.
Thanks
