That was JJ's first GNCC race and he finished 5th in the pro class,,,I tell ya what he is by far the best rider on the earth right now,,he's gonna be layin the smack down on them other riders this year.....did ya know that him and Bill Ballance are like best buddies and ride together all the time?? Next race season is gonna be real interesting in both GNC MX & TT,,and the GNCC series..

During the race season they show the races on fox sports net at 11 am. Or atleast they do in MI. I watched a couple of them. I think Jones raced in 4 races this year. I could be wrong though.

Hey Rico did you know he is from bowling green.

Jones went to 5 events, he did well for a MXer. But he caant beat out Ballance or the other top 4. The only reason he wouldnt of liked it is b/c he couldnt win. The Ironman was horribly muddy this past year. All those guys ride together. Yoakley,Balance,Page,Jones. They alway's invite other XCers to take a road trip down to KY to ride. The XC I have yet to see a MXer do really well in XC other than Jones. Same basicly goes for us XC guys trying to race MX. Its too expensive to set your bike up for both types and compete high in the ranks. All of you need to Keep an eye out for a young PRO named Chris Borich, he'll have the title in 2 years. He's only 18, may be 19 by now.

is there any way to race the series if your not 16?(on a real quad)
Posted by: JEFF8400EX
no you need to be sixteen

In ohio in the CRA member ship you just need balls....There is no age limit in the CRa....

It's the same for most of your other non AMA sanctioned events.
Find non-AMA events and you'll likely be able to race. Almost all our local & state level races are like this.

I want borich to win. He races in distict 6 where i will be racing once im 16 and he is sponsored by pompton honda and that is my honda dealer.

nj300ex-- I raced almost every AMA district 6 and the PA state series race last year and I was 15 riding a 400ex. No one ever said anything or checked anything. Im 16 this year so i plan to race 1 or 2 gncc's but I dont think u should have any trouble racing flying dutchmen, jackfrost traxx, or back mountain.
Posted by: indygncc
I dont think Borich is riding for Pompton this year...dont quote me to that though. Does Borich dominate in district 6? Is there any competition in there w/ him?

Looks like the point race was pretty close for the top 3.

I am planning on racing 3-4 of the GNCC races...NC, SC, GA and TN. I also will be running the full Mideast Series if all goes well.
Posted by: NJ300ex
yeah borich dominates. Smiley is his pro competition but he doesn't race all the time.

Chad Duvall will be racing for the ''SUPERTRAPP/MAXXIS/FOUR STROKE TECH GNCC ATV RACE TEAM'' on a 500ex this year.

Somebody needs to put a CR450F Motor into a Frame.
