whats your setup for xc, i used to race mx, but im thinking about going to xc, what needs to be changed from a mx bike to a xc bike, by the way, im ridin on a 87 R.

The first thing that I would do is get it back to stock width.

Have your suspension sent off and redone and valved for XC. and also u cant go wrong with buying a over sized tank and Razr 2's.

and some tough skidplates of course, and a steering stabalizer if you aint got one

i already have stock length and tires and wheels and the gas tank, but what about what pipe and silencer to run, whats a good bumber i have an ac mudscreen now, but im thinking bout an rpm, big and good to push stuck quads out.

if you wantr a good bumper get the prm summit bumper, a wide grab bar is also good if ya gets stuck

yea i run a summit and i love it. It lines up prefect with grab bars so u dont trash someones exhaust. And as for an exhaust to run LRD. they one of the best.
