i have two little holes in my seat on my 250ex. and i was wandering what would be the best way to fix it? anything that i could use or buy.

i just wouldnt worry about it it shouldnt hurt anything you can put duct tape over them

Buy some big stickers and put over them. thats what my brother-in-law did.

Just mut some black electrical tape over the holes.

Don't put tape on them that is just ghetto. Besides it will ruin your pants when the tape gets hot and sticks to your pants as it slides off of the seat. Just don't worry about it or step up and buy a new seat cover.
