im looking for a kawasaki kef300 (lakota) crankshaft or the whole engine, where should i look?

I heard that it is actually the same engine as found in the praire 300 and bayou 300 so you might even be able to find a crankshaft from one of thsoe engines. I'd check ebay, and local junkyards.

why do you know a lakota motor? do you have one?

my friend in europe has one and it broke and u can buy a whole engine in the us of a that u could buy a crankshaft there...

try cycles are us in the advertising section of dirtwheels, they sell lots of used parts in good condition for real cheap prices
