It's actually reflective tape and they are red.

unless your going to be doing night races and ights are going to be shining on you, i see no point, go with just standar red if that's the color you want.

I was going to go with the standard letters in red, but these were free from work. We use reflective tape on our cranials and helmets for work purpose. Acquiring things from the US Navy is standard for us...

A Lil bad news... If You are Racing....
You may and legally be DQed because of those numbers... Most districts specify the color of backgrounds and numbers that are run on quads and bikes....
