cool pics!!!
i know ya said they combined the 2 tracks...but do they still let bikes ride them
Posted by: YLW400
Oh yea, bikes were riding them too. I need your picture taking skills sometime pappy...lol I am trying to get the wife a littlte more effecient with the digital cam...lol Let me tell you, that thing is long now!
Posted by: Pappy
well take pics hell
i might come run it
i imagine it is long now.....how are the lips on that section now...before they shot ya straight in the air
it was deffinatley set up for bikes before. any changes to what used to be the quad track?
Posted by: YLW400
Well run it, and maybe the wife will know how to use the cam then....LMAO No, the jumps are pretty easy I would say. Pretty tame jumps for the most part. The quad track hasnt changed since I 've been there. We ran laps, I thought I was going to die!!

how did they connect the 2 tracks ylw? i will most likely be racing at budds national and well have to go to easton atleast 1 time before if i can get my bike. what did ya get in the race. dont worry about pics my dad will take some with the digi i beleive on low quality (which is still pretty darn good) he can get 1300-1500 cant remember the exact number. think thats enough for us? lol
Posted by: YLW400
Holy smokes Mike, I think thats plenty....lol
I placed 5th in the first heat and 3rd in the second heat. I was pretty happy with that. Got a pretty good sized trohpy out of it. So, I got 3rd overall for the day....somehow...lol
If you remember the 2 tabletops at Easton, they somehow routed just between the quad track and intermediate and put in a straight away. Both tracks stayed basically the same though. its pretty cool. I am heading to Middleford down in Seaford, Delaware this weekend to ride a little bit. If you all get a chance, slide down. Come on Pappy, there is no beach traffic this time of the year..
Posted by: 250rmike
i dont think ill get a chance to im getting my bike back together and bugging my dad to lend me the money for my new bike then sell my bike and pay him back
Posted by: YLW400
But you are going to be at the National this month?? Pappy are you coming over to Budds for the National? I wanna race Saturday, then Sunday, hang out and watch everyone else and drink beer:blah

Mrs 2R's saw the pics & is interested also ...cept doubles scare her to death ..while viewing the pics she asked me about that & I could not see for sure if there were any ... so are there any ??
Posted by: 250rmike
unless they changed the tracks there are 3, 1 on the quad track and 2 on the intermediate. they have a couple of jumps like double but with the center filled in so there alittle lip for the landing
Posted by: "2-R's Rider"
Mike please be clear,.. are all 3 tabletops or doubles?
or perhaps YLW400 can clear this up ..thanx
Posted by: YLW400
There are 2 doubles on the intermediate track. They are around 40ft or so, just guessing. Hit them out of a turn 3/4 throttle in 3rd and you got them...Thats on an 400 though.
Then there are 2 more over on the quad track area. One is pretty lengthy. The other is not very tall, but its a long jump, kinda hard to explain. I was hitting it in the second heat.
Basically the rest of the track is table tops. One little step up, and a few step downs. There was a lady on a 300EX just cruising around, we ended up lapping her
I came up behind her and was like
I am glad she got out of the way, I could of lost a position...lol
So, a total of 4 doubles. If your wife knows where they are on the track, she will be fine. You all should come out. It is a tiring track to race though, I will tell you that. I was no where near this sore or tired after Budds. Alot more technical, tight, more jumps. Hope I helped, if you have any more questions, fire away!!

ill get the pics off the web site and cirle the double. they changed the tv track ylw? i only remember the 1 double after the table top i know they have those step down like jumps the longer like triple step down. are those double on the intermediate really 40ft? i thought they were less than that like 20ft. hmmm been going bigger than i thought i cleared the big triple step down on intermediate track(last jump before first table top) it kinda hurts coming down that far on flat i am notgonna do it again till i have some aftermarkets shocks on a bike
Posted by: YLW400
Well right before that table top you are thinking of, is a new double. It's not that bad though..Maybe they arent 40 ft, but I Would say they are larger then 20ft. 20ft is not that far at all. I havent tripled that big one yet. I will be doing it soon though. Thats a pretty good leap there.
Posted by: 250rmike
yea im gonna have to take a tape measure and see how big some of the jumps are lip to lip. let me tell you that big one is fun if u dont bottom ur suspension. ill be there alot this summer hopefully unless my dad buys my moms freinds land(i know my but its not one of those my sisters brother cousins moms freinds things this might accually happen lol) it is like 37 acres between easton and ocean city somewhere. im gonna build a track on it and let u guys ride there(if ya help me build it and take care of it lol)
Posted by: YLW400
If that happens, you just tell me, I'll give you a hand man. I have been meaning to measure some of those jumps myself, but havent gotten to it.
