Moving shifter up from nerf bars???

I recently installed AC propeg nerfs for my 400ex. I founf it harder to shift up. has anyone experienced this and moved it up a tooth or two? thanks

yea i moved mine, just put the shifter off and move it up a notch

i did this also, didnt count the teth that i moved up but i moved up ateast 6

umm 6 notches would move your shifter up like 4"

yea one spline moved it up about 1/2 inch

had the same thing happen so i just loosened the net near my foot cuse im lasy!! it works fine now!
