In this months Dirtwheels I read the article about the ATV Olympics and on the first page of it I sa the Blue #88 quad and thought it was Matt Bartosek. Turns out as I keep reading it was him, and I never realized it till now, but he was like an awsome pro rider! He kept up with Jeramia Jones threw the whole race. I just thought that was awsome and wanted to tell somone.

I read the article in ATV Sport about ATV Olympics and Matt. I did not know of him until reading about it on here (Exriders.com). Even thought I was following up with all this on here about Matt, when I saw the picture of him in ATV Sport, my heart sank big time... Again.
BTW... I did not know he was a pro rider. ATV Sport said he was definetly in position to pass Jerimiah, and that Matt was doing extremely well... Until the crash.

so did the crash happen at the ATV olympics? And I also just found out he was a pro rider.

Matt was one of my best friends and most frequent ridding partner (about everyday in the summer we were ridding). He taught me everything I know about racing. He was my hero actually. I looked up to him so much that if built up the courage to speak at his funeral. Farr, Gust, Hitt and a few other pros were there. Well over 500 people. Anyway I’ll give ya some sites to read up on him. I started the post on ******** when my neighbors (his main sponsor) called and told me what happened. Debbie (his mom) and all the rest of us Matt Bartosek fans just wished he would have got more recognized when he was alive. I mean how many other 19 year olds do you know that can ride side by side with racings fastest?
