I have several people, as well as myself, asking me to powder coat their A-arms. The problem is that they are stock. Most of them are off of 300ex/250x's and some of them are off of a 400ex. I have read on here before that the 400ex has a plastic cup in the balljoints and that it is not possable to PC them. I was wondering if this is true and if the same goes for the 300ex/250x and if you can PC them how do you regrease them, wouldn't the heat cook the grease out. Thanks for any help

I know on the 86 a-arms on my trx 250r you cant. Well actually you can but it will turn out like glass and chip very easy. There is 2 posts the I know of about this for 250r a-arms so you can do a search for more information.

Pappy did mine for me, he just did them black so you don't have to cook them very long. He didn't want to do them any other color because of the amount of cooking time involved. He also repacked mine with grease. He's a very nice guy.
