AS FAR AS IM AWARE....the skirt will be handed out near either the 1/2 way or near the end of the season.

Posted by: Doibugu2

Yea, for those pictures of the skirt, they have to make sure its not muddy. So everyone can see the pink fo fo skirt.

Posted by: dhines

Thanks for the pics, Pappy! Glad you got one of me before I burried that sl^t up to the fenders in the nastiest mud hole I've ever seen. Me and two other guys (thanks whoever you were!) fought for 15 minutes to get it out but we couldn't even budge the rear end. They had to bring the bulldozer to get me out!!

Posted by: DantheEXman

Great Pics... I want ot race GNCC reeeal bad. Where do they usually race in N.Y? Does anybody know? Thanks

Posted by: Jeff@TireBalls

Now I"m really glad I didn't go down to that mudhole and waste my time and money...

Posted by: Rip_Tear

I actually saw some mud today!!! Well it took a bit of plowing, and we are finaly above freezing today! It was even sunny, I can feel spring on its way!

Posted by: MEL

danexman, click on the link below. its not gncc, but its xc racing and it is in ny. lots of good racing.

Posted by: dhines

Extreme,

I'm waiting to put the airbox on a new machine I'm building. Jeff has the frame and as soon as I get it back, I'm going to start throwing stuff together. Between work and a new baby, time is a precious commodity these days!

Rico,

Yeah, the mud sucks but I actually think I managed to hit one of the few completely impassable holes. It was only about 6' x 6' and I managed to hop straight into it after having to find a creative way through a creek with a lot of slow/stuck machines.

All things considered though, despite the mud in my shirt, helmet, eyes, teeth, pants, etc. I was really enjoying the race. The MX track was a blast! I NEVER get much air on jumps but I managed to accidentally clear the tabletop at the end of the course right in front of the bleachers. I went into it faster that I had planned to and by the time I realized what was going on it was too late to hit the brakes so I just launched it (ohhh sh!!!!!!^) and somehow managed to glide perfectly onto the backside of it. I didn't even feel the landing! If I wasn't such a baby I might consider doing a little MX'ing in the future...
