How do i take off extended lug nuts off of front wheels

Hello, i have extended lug nuts in the front wheels because i had wheel spacers anyways i want to put back stock lug nuts but i dont no how. I tryed taking off my hub I took off the pin and then the bolt in the middle. It seems that the disc break is in the way for me to pull it out. Is that the problem? I cant pull out the extended lug nuts because thats in the way but how do i take it off? this is for my 99 banshee if any one knows how it will be greatly apriciated!
