wrapping duct tape or electrical tape around it also seems to work.

I recently put my new LSR axle on my 400 and I bougt some lock tight from a parts store (Auto Zone). I haven't rode it yet, but I know the lock tight that was on there before sure made it tight. try using that and tightening it as much as you can. hope I could help

Hey 400 racer,

I see you got a spare or just laying around axle nut back there. Would that fit a 300ex stock axle, if so intrested in selling it.

Its broken, I haven't had luck with the lock-nuts.

i got the Dura Blue Posi lock nut setup. I heard it works well so i went with it. And the price was reasonable. I didnt like the idea of the lock nut u guys are talkin about cuase isnt it threaded into the aluminum. I hate threaded aluminum. I like being able to CRANK on it!

i agree with extreme i got alittle too rough on my oil bolt and it striped the threads so i had to tap the oil res. on my 300. it sucked. but where can i pick up one of those nuts like rico had and how much is it. Or the 400exracerx had??? thanks
