Here's part of the reason I got last place in the 1st moto... the other part of the reason is because the Z400 that ran into the back of me knocked my fuel line off and I stalled and endoed off the next table top. The KFX in the first pic caught me by suprise when he locked up his brakes right in front of me and I slammed into the back of him... you can't really see him in this pic, but if you look closely you can see his rear wheel infront of me.

D@mn, I wasn't expecting anyone to reply that fast, lol. I got 13th in the first moto, and then in the second moto I was in last place in the holeshot and worked my way up to 5th. I ended up with 8th overall.

P.S. to everyone else... I'm the skinny dude standing next to my quad in the second pic.

Here's another pic of a different race that got hung up in the first corner... that first corner was a b!tch. The guy on the green EX is KrazyKurt... check out the yellow EX infront of him that got turned completely around...

After the first moto, I said I sure as he// was going outside on the first corner. It gave people problems the whole race and not just on the holeshot. It's fast,and I made a couple of passes on the outside on that corner.

Looing good. I am glad that the endoe didnt hurt ya or the bike. Definitely never play follow the leader in a big pack like that. Always leave a space that you can either zing to the outside or just inside of him. And if you have to give him the Chrome Bumper. That usually works. Mo

See I told you I pulled the holeshot and #63 on a Cannondale piled into the back of me. That yellow quad left some yellow marks on my bumper too! Our front bumpers were locked together. I want to go ride now!

Anyone riding or racing on Feb 15 someplace? This is the only day for the rest of the month that I will be able to go ride. I know there isn't a TQRA race that day, but do any other tracks have a race that allow quads? If, not I definitely want to go practice. Let me know.

Hmmm, you've got me thinking now!!!! They don't have any quad classes at any arenacross venues around home. This may be my opportunity to go to one. Have you been to it in previous years? I'm curious how the track layout really is for a quad. I was reading the posts on mxstates, but couldn't get a good read on that. I saw the preliminary drawing of this Tulsa track. Looks pretty short, but I suppose there isn't a ton of room indoors to work with. That's alot of whoops!!! Any more input on this that you might have would be great. Do you think the Pro class would be equivilent to the TQRA Pro class? $5000 Pro purse sounds pretty nice.

It sounds like Hunter and Cody might come, so it will be a fast pro class. The quads will probably only get about $1000 of that purse. AInt he past, the track is very possible for a quad, just have to have good timing, and yes......ALOT of whoops!

I dunno how the predator did. I passed him and the guy on the white Banshee (the one w/ the TX flag thing on the front) in the last corner of the 2nd lap and I didn't see either one of them after that. I think that was only his 2nd or 3rd race.
