When you post scroll down to the attach file box and click browse. Find the pic you want to attach and select it. You may need to resize it if it is too big, but that's pretty much all there is to it.

I pm'ed ya back too. Here ya go hope it helps.

Open up your picture (it should open in the program called PAINT. At the top go to Edit then Select all then go to the bottom right of your picture and put your arrow on the very corner and click and hold then drag the corner in and watch the 000x000 number at the bottom of the screen. I usually use 640x480 or around there (doesn't have to be dead on.). Then save the picture as a different name (so that you don't goof your original) and your done.
