What suspension setup is best for XC? Brand? (thinking Elka) zero preload? Piggyback or remote? Rebound adjust? (I've heard you don't really need it) and who has the best prices?

My personal preference is custom axis. Go with dual rate remote resivor.

i have my elkas setup for mx and they handle great on mx AND xc...
