Ok Guys Here it is:

I got the info on our group rate.(Normally 30 bucks a day)

25 people would warrant a two day pass, good June 7th and 8th ONLY, for
$50.00 each.

50 people would warrant a two day pass, good June 7th and 8th ONLY, for
$45.00 each.

But There is a Catch:

One person will head up the ride(One Person In Charge) I will take care of that.

Mark would rather that I collect the money before hand from everyone that is going (These people will be the only ones that get a shirt) If your name is on the list (That sends me money) You will recieve a shirt. The only way to get a group rate is if we pay as one group (ie. Send me the money and I will write one check)

I am thinking we are deff. gonna have over 50 people. So the rate will be 45.00 for 2 days. I will not be collecting money as of yet. The Collecting of money will not start for a while. I will post when I will start collecting.

Please do not get off topic in this thread. mark would like to check back into this thread every once in a while and not have to sort through off topic posts.

Well guys that are going one day. I just tried to get a hold of Mark but no luck. I wrote him an email so when i get the response I will let ya know what is going on.

I don't think the discounted rate will apply for you but as for teh shirt I am not sure either.

I will let you guys know.

Forget the one day stuff. Man up, grab a tent and spend the 2 days of the ride there.

Tell your dad to come with you. My dad is coming. He loves this stuff. He will prolly just sit around, watch, take pictures, and run the video camera.

It will be a fun time.

i think ill go saturday...then go home and come back sunday muahahha. i dunno i want my tshirt but i dont have a ride so maybe i will just buy 1 and save bout 20 bucks haha.

Well guys. It looks to me like not many poeple will be attending for both days. I am thinking that the discount will not happen, unless more people are goign to attend for both days.

If you would like the discount, You will have to send the money to me.(I will not start collecting for a while) I will write one check and send it to Mark along with a list of names that have paid. He will allow those people on the list that I give him to go in with out paying. Sign the Waiver and Go. This it the only way you will be able to recieve the discount.(Saving you about 10-15 bucks)

well im not really disapointed in not getting a discount, but i think we should all receive a t shirt, mark promised us one and did not say anything about a certain amount of people coming when he made that offer. do we still get t shirts?

You can count me and def 3 more people in for the weekend.. and possibly 2 more. Let me know when and where to send the money and it will be in the mail. What time are we going to be meeting up there on saturday morning? just so I have an idea on when to leave the house..

Cool Man, I won't be collecting money for a while. Atleast for another month or 2. I have to talk to Mark to see when he would want to have the money by and the list of riders.

And we also have to find the other 20 people to get the discount. So everyone that is deff going for 2 days let me know. So I can figure out exactly what kidna number we are lookign at. I would like to get the number of riders stay for 2 days up to and over 50 but I can see that many people are going for one day.

I will let everyone know what else i find out next time I talk to Mark which will most likley be tonight.

TCTRI? If thats a trail system you gotta remember that probaly well over 50% of the riders will have full mx bikes.

Mike..hm,..not sure ..
discounts have been in affect ever since i can remember ..
(for TCTRI members) are you still member??
or should i say will you be in june 03?
last ride kenny paid the total price 1st day,..then next day i told him about the discount & he was SO happy ...i guess it pays to keep up on things

Nope Nuttin happened to Mike. He is still there. I have had a few conversations with Mike but mostly mark and I are working out the details. Everything that is discussed between Myself and Mark also goes throw Mike.

im like 99% going for the one day and im going to try bringing nylt250 with me too..i dont think we can stay both days,,,its up to my dad..does anybody else's dad come and do they have fun...ill show him this.this is gonna be so fun...any info on the shirts hahaha.only the 2 dayer's get shirts or what?thanks man

the 400 is sweet...i think thats the gncc bike. the r is so cool. i think mike said it was a 330. they have so many sweet bikes its awesome.
