Anyone Ride Croatan Forest in Carteret County.

We ride at the corner of hwy 24 and nine mile rd White oak/Deep Sand and at Bogue Loop rd most every weekend. It is located on the east coast of N.C. in Carteret County. It has trails, two small sand pits,mud and water for the utes. Bogue Loop and White Oka/Deep Sand are connected thru the woods. From the hwy they are a bout 7 miles apart. We are planning a big ride the weekend of the 8th & 9th of Feburary. Some are going right after work on Friday the 7th. We plan on camping on site.

hey man...
i think ive been out there when you guys were there. it was me on my 400EX, a z-400, a raptor, and a few utes. we didnt stay too long because the 4x4s didnt really like the jumping and all. but we all had a blast. i have only been out there a few times so i dont know my way around enough to make it to that big area again. my z-400 buddy has a bent axle problem right now so i have been screwed as far as riding buddies go. ive been looking for some more local riders so i was pumped to find this thread. as far as the 7th and 8th, i think they are talking about coming out there so may ill see you there. When is everybody leaving, and/or where is everybody meeting???

I thought I knew most all the quad riders in the area, but I have been proven wrong. None of you or your bikes look familiar.

I got the flier in the mail earlier this week. I am planning on ccomming up. I don't know if I am ready for cross country racing, but what the heck, I'll give it a shot.

Have you seen the track yet??? I am running my +2 arms, I hope I can make it through. I wonder what part of the MX track we are going to have to run. Hopefully, I will gain some ground there.

The Harescramble is the 22nd. And I haven't got to see the track yet. The race next weekend is a mx race. I don't know if I'm going to race the harescramble yet. I'm definetly doing the mx race though.

No, I wont make it to the race next weekend, I am doing Quadwars at the monster truck show at hampton colliseum.

We are shooting for the 22nd, you ought to come out and make a fool of yourself with the rest of us MX riders.

Next Saturday 22FEB03 there will be a paid practice at ecmx.
Any one going to that? I am about 90% positive i'll be there.
