Ok guys i think its time to get some new front fenders and im looking into some 400ex fronts how hard were tehy to bolt up and make mounts do u just make a mount and bolt it from where the mount from the 300ex fenders are and go up from there? i was also thinking about welding up some brackets if i need to move them up more or whatever will 400ex fronts work with the 300's rear like would i just have to trim some of the fender to make it work? or would a 300ex seat work work with 400 rears i think i seen one here someone had a 300 seat on a 400ex rear plastic so what do u think go with some 400ex front or what or just get some new fronts and wait for teh 300ex hood scoop to come out?

if you just do the front, there is one mount you have to make, its simple, and for the rest it think there is a little trimmin around the seat area.

the 400ex front plastic will bolt up to the original mounting spots. You will just have to do some trimming on the back of the front plastic and on the tank cover. You will also have to cut out some of the plastic around the gas valve. In order for the 400ex plastic to look good with 300ex rear plastic, you will need the 400ex seat. The 400ex seat will fit on the 300ex plastic with a little bit of modification. I have this combo, except for the 400ex seat. As you can see from the pic, the 300ex seat doesn't quite match up correctly with the 400ex plastic. When I get a 400ex seat, it will match up with the tank cover perfectly.

how did you get one of those heatsheilds?? does it fit right one?

That's a modified stock 400ex pipe on a 350x engine. I just painted it yellow.

ok so i am thinking of buying white 400ex front plastic and white 300ex rear plastic? would that look good?
