Sorry, I know this gets posted a lot but this isnt just asking what SAE to put in.
Okay off, the temperature when I ride here range from 40F (3C) to 83F(30C) at the hottest, would it be okay to run SAE 15w40? This is all the other information on the oil: API Service CH-4, CG-4, CF/SJ, the make is Ultramar Super Plus.

I dont know if most of you would know the name, its based in Canada. Our family runs a lot of Ultramar products, in everthing but our Jeep... I am not asking for recomendations, I just want to know if this stuff will be fine to run? I dont see a problem with it.

should be fine for the temps. I HAVE run 15w50 in temps from 0 - 90 degrees farenheit. If its cold just make sure to let it warm up longer.
