Anyone ridden Allegheny National Forest?

Vacation schedules are popping up at my work and my father's for next year and we were looking to take my yfz450r and his drz400s to Allegheny national forest. Problem is that we have not heard from anyone that has rode there. What are the trails like? Rocky? We went to Hatfield-McCoy last year and rode in 3 days time pinnacle creek, indian ridge, and rockhouse, and all were very beautiful trails, great scenery, very rocky tho and we went thinking it would be rocky but not like that. We would appreciate some input from anyone that has ridden Allegheny forest.
