K.Q. going dead when shifting out of nuetral

700 K.Q. going dead when trying to shift out of nuetral. I have tried bypassing both switches on the left brake handle still same problem. Also I ran a check on the machine and getting a code#32. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
