if im gona put 9 inch wheels on my ltr with some holeshot hd's how will that affect it. would it rub on my heel guards and would it be that much more tipsy

you will be fine with 20in tires...i wouldnt try 22in though...i've used 20in on 9in rims easily
i would reccomend getting 21 or 22in fronts to go with the rears though or it doesnt handle the best...all the weight would go to the front so you get no traction...you might also want to change gearing but that would be preference after you ride it a little

My 20" I-razrs would rub a bit when I bit when I bottomed with the stock heal guards.....but they were bent a bit. It was not to bad, I ran a full season with that setup and it was never enough to groove the tires.
