I have a 06 tld pred. with razr2's all the way around the rears are 20x11x9 i bought a set of rear rims and tires strickly to stud for winter riding but there smaller 18x10x8 being smaller will i have a over reving problem and if so what should i do

A little, you could always try upping the front sprocket 1 tooth, or just leave it alone.....

you will loose a little top speed and may have a problem with wheel spin if your real hard on the throttle, if so just use a higher gear than normal.

you'll be fine as-is.
