does anyone have 400EX front shocks on their 87-92 LT250 or have precise knowledge on swapping?

the 400ex shocks are longer than the lt's. if you run some longer a arms it might be ok, but with the stock arms they will make the quad handle terribly.

I have +2 A-Arms that Im not sure of the brand there seems to be no name anywhere but theyre using stock shocks.do I need long travel specific A-Arms or is it likely my +2s will work?

I meet at a guy that ran a track in new york. He had an 86' that he made all new a-arm mounts on the frame to accept 87'and newer a-arms. He also mover the upper shock mount to the top of the frame tubes. This allowed him to use 400ex shocks Im not sure if it will work on the 87', and up frames just thought it might give you some ideas.
