Hey guys, I'm going to get my frame powdercoated but was just wondering how the steering stem bearing comes out, if there is one? I have everything completely removed off the frame, and took the lower "dust cap?" off by the steering stem, but theres still the top thing that looks like a dust cap, I cant get that off. What next? Thanks in advance.

The top cap should tap out with a hammer or rubber mallet. Just make sure that whoever is doing the pc work tapes off both sides of the holes before they start to coat.
