i have a 04 yfz 450 it won't idle its all stock with the factory exhaust with the baffle removed.i can crank it only if i hit the throttle plus when on the throttle it sputters and backfires.when i let off the throttle it dies?it ran good before it sat for about 6 months. i cleaned the card and now it won't idle idk what it is any info will help thanks i also put new gas and a plug in it

How did you clean the carb? If you sprayed everything with carb cleaner and got it on the slide then that is your problem. The cleaner eats the coating off of it and it sticks.

that or its the throttle positioning sensor unplug it... its the triangular plug coming out of the carb let me know if it works
