the blue clicker on the rear shock reservior is stuck and wont turn. ive never used one before and was wondering if a special tool is needed to turn it or anything?

No it should just turn by hand. It is probably dirty try spraying some wd40 under it a few times and let it sit it may free up. Otherwise a shock tech can free it up during a service.
