im wondering the same thing. i have a pretty good size chip in mine. i think im just going to cover it with clear nail polish or something.

i have used clear drying fiberglass resin, to fill in the top layers that have chipped off of friends bikes. if the carbon fiber is cracked, then the best thing to do is either replace it or try to put it back in place and fiberglass it back in place.

I repair carbon. I run a custom paint and repair shop. If its cracked thru it will require a new piece of carbon on the face for the repair to be seemless. I charge at least $100 + shipping depending on damage . Can paint some of the part to hide damage too. Send me a pic and let me see the damage.

yea they will do other brands hoods for like 35 buxs i think.

they do good work too from what ive seen. if you go to their website they so you one they had done with pics and stuff, they shot it with a bb gun i think and then fixed it and you really cant tell.

This is my personal hood that i refinished. It was SHATTERED!!! The nose about 3" up was BROKE OFF! If i could upload a better picture for everyones to c that would be alot better!!lol
