Has anyone ever had the spark plug blow out of the head. We were out the sand dunes this weekend and the sparkplug just blew out of the head. So know the threads are stripped and I will have to get a new head.

I had one blow out of my 250R once.
I have a new LT80 head here.

I had that happen to my 71 VW.

You might try putting in a helicoil insert before replacing the whole head.
