When I roll the quad to move it, the motor turns over. It acts like the clutch isn't working but once its running it seems ok. Also I've noticed the kick starter feels alot harder to use.
Thanks,
Lonnie

I had that problem with our Apex and switched to another clutch that I had in my trailer and that resolved the problem. It may be that either the torsion or small clutch springs are wore out. Try replacing them , it's cheap and should fix the problem.......Jeff

Thanks, I'll try that

There is something wrong in there (clutchs). Surely you'll find it.

It sounds like the big nut that holds the clutch on the pulley is loose and hitting the bell.

Thanks all for the advise, I kinda figured that the problem was somewhere in the clutch. The problem is that I don't really understand how one part affects the other, if I change one spring what does it do to the others.
Thanks,
Lonnie

Take the cover off and see what's wrong first before we go into a long thread on what's not the problem.
