What is the top end on a 2000Cr 250 with a little bit bigger renthal sprockets???My friend on a crotch rocket was going along side of me and said it was doin 90????

aaaaaaahhhhhhh.........NO!!!!!!! I raced motoX for 4-years & had many CR 250's come by me. but i never had one come by me doing 90!!!! top speed on a [stock] 250 is about 65-70 top's.
mabe your friends speedo is off???

I agree. These bikes are geared low but still are quick. I think stock would be about 70-75 maybe with the "Whatever" Size sprocket you were talking about

What!? You guys are crazy. Up here in the U.P. Alot of people have dirtbikes and 70 to 75 are you crazy man! all the 80s up here have been clocked at 70 and you are sayin my cr only does 75? Mine isnt geared low. I kno for a fact it does more then 85 im not talkin motocross otherwise it would be geard down

I'd take this mans advice.

Everyone thinks their machine is faster then it really is. I first thought a stock cr went about 80mph but im not to sure.

i dono i have kept up with many machines that riders know the exact top speed and it is more then 80? DOES ANYONE KNO AS A FACT WHAT THE TOP SPEED IS NO BS JUST THE REAL FACTS?

i have a 99 kxx 125 with a pipe jets k and n a reed spacer an d reeds and im doin close to 90
