i have the DG national nerfs with the race pegs. the pegs are pretty worn down and i constantly slip on the pegs when racing. i am wondering if theres some kinda fix ive looked into sharpening them but that wont work now that they are slick.

pro armor sale the wide extensions for stock pegs but wondering if that would somehow fit on my pro peg pegs make them sharp and more grip

i think first id try hittin em with a grinder to see if u cant bring them back to a point

you could sharpen then with a little die grinder that takes 80 grit disks ucan get one cheaper than new nerfs then finish then with a file. Or just buy a set of raths LOL there pegs are replaceable rode all year on mine and still sharp.

i have Rath monster pegs. they are the best ever, garanteed you wont need another nerf.

i want some pro armor all nets with heel guards or something with interchangeable pegs when they wear out

Rath monster peg, i got 'em with the net guards and i love 'em. i might take the heel guards off becasue i dont find myself using them. heres a pic.

how do yo like those heel nets? i want to get a set for next season but im curious how stable they are??

love 'em. instead of hitting your heels against metal guards of a conventional nerf, you dont touch anything. its like riding with no heel guards becasue there is so much movement, but when your feet slip off the pegs the nets catch them.

the monster peg is also a real plus aswell, it helps in the corners alot, and with whips aswell.

You can still sharpen them. Get an air or electric cutting wheel and get to work. They're always going to wear fast though cause you got aluminum pegs.
