Can anyone tell me where to fin the vin on an 88 Lt500 quadracer?

lower left side frame rail if your sitting on the bike. Should be a rectangle plated welded to side of bottom frame tube. The VIN is stamped into it. The engine case will also have a number, but it is not considered the VIN
