06 yfz with full exhaust. i mostly dune riding and drag racing, occasional trail riding. will i notice any power gains by installing a hc2 or hc3 on intake side and doing exhaust cam mod. need your advice.

Just do the cam mod to your stock cams.

I would do the H3 on intake and exhaust.....they are really great cams! the h2 you will lose power everywhere and gain a little on the top end.
