I installed a uni filter and using lid, fmf megamax II exhaust with all disc, and quiet core and dynojet stage 1 for the setup I am running. Stock pilot with air fuel screw 3 turns out. Upon wide open throttle all at once from idle it falls on its face and even kills it sometimes. If you back off and right back into it, takes off good. Am I a little rich with the A/F? Never had this problem before. Never tried using a quiet core and lid, but its my gf's bike to ride and figure it would be better for the woods/trails that way.

really. so I maybe fat on that. I swore I read 3 turns. That will be what I do first then. Double check the dyno jet sheet.

for my elevation 3 turns was correct according to the sheet.

It runs strong as can be despite what I am saying. When the hesitation/bogging/flooding whatever it is occurs is when say you have it in 1st gear and just letting it pull it self along with out throttle on flat ground. Then you instantly stab the throttle wide open. Maybe its due to lugging down. I took it out for a spin this morning and really ripped on it and it runs like a bat out of you know where. Gobs of torque!!!

sounds if its wen you hit the throttle and if bogs it could be your accelarotor pump. i would take apart your whole carb apart and adn clean it and check out your accelerator pump. and when putting gas in be sure to use K100!

what could be wrong with the pump?
