Only Start If Towed???

had a xc race sat. rolled my ltr. bent the stem but it started. stalled it once and it started fine. after that when i stalled it had to be towed, drop clutch and it ran fine. this happened a couple times. had elec (lights worked). when it was running it was ok.... no idea whats up. any help ???? thnxs

actualy not sure what its called but the switch when you depress the clutch lever was pushed up against the bar after i pitched it to the left and didnt allow the starter to turn over . man im relieved that was it...now just got to wait for my collar bone to heal.....

One of the first things I did when getting my LTR,was bypassing that switch,will only give you problems!! I also got rid of the light switch harness and replaced it with a single start button.

same here...i had the same problem and it took me awhile to figure it out
