Just got an 05 today, Kick start already installed.

Any way. It came with two exhausts. An NMotion and a Yoshimura TRC series pipe. Its not jetted yet. What one should I put on?

And help me with the jetting. Im used to hondas. It will have one of those exhausts and no lid and uni filter.

the yfz's are pretty sensitive to jetting it has to be just right or else the BOG will be there. as for the exhaust i would be willing to buy one from you if you want to sell it? is it full or just a slip on?

I would put the nmotion on and start with a 45 or 48 pilot, 170 main and 3rd or 4th clip down from the top on the needle and 1 1/2 turns on the a/f screw. That should put you pretty close.

I'll sell the Yosh. Its a full system. May even be titanium.. its pretty light.

And thanks. I will get on jetting it. Should I use the Gytr Jet kit?

And the carb already has a Boyesen Quick shot 2 in it.

I wouldn't buy a jet kit, they are a waste in my opinion. Get the ncvq needle, it's out of the yz dirtbike, it's about 15 bucks and just buy the jets seperate. There only about 4 bucks a piece.
