will a cdi from an 03 Predator 500 work on an 06 Predator 500?

just want to do a test on the 06 b/c I think my dyna ignition is wasted...

A03GJ50AA/AB PREDATOR : Polaris part number for the 03
A06GJ50AA PREDATOR 500 : Polaris part number for the 06

Both list for 213.60

I'd have to say they are the same box. the A03/ A06 prefix is for the year. The rest of the numbers are the same.

polaris part numbers dont work like that, or they dont post the actual part numbers but that code thingy is more like an encrypted description. It makes **** really inconvenient when buying parts.
