300ex carburetor adjustments

I put a new uni filter on my brothers quad. While I was at work he tried starting the bike, and it wouldn't start. Someone said they would adjust the carburetor and started playing with the adjustment screws. Now I can't find the owners manual. I tried to use the search on here to find the stock adjustment settings but didn't find anything. Does anyone know the stock settings for the adjustment screws? Thanks in advance.

Here is the Service Manual. It has all of the adjustments for everything.
