what the settings on the carb air box on cant get top speed low end so so any help thanks

i am no expert on the 400 2-strokes but if you go to www.gen3usa.com that site is entirely about scramblers 400 and 500

there are plenty of 2 stroke scrambler experts on there to help you dial in your carb
