I have a 2003 LTZ400, a couple weeks ago I sank it, and water was sucked into the exhaust. Took out plug, blew out water, cleaned out the system, and started it. It was ticking from the top end. So I did the top end, by Suzuki manual and made sure arrows 2 and 3 were facing up 15 pins a part from each other. Arrows 1 and 2 were parallel with the top of the valve body. Piston was at top dead center. Started it, at about half throttle it starts popping and giving a blue flame on occassions. Does anyone know what is causing this? CDI box is fine, I have aftermarket and factory and tried both.

I figured it out from reading other forums on the site. Jet was to small after shimming valves i needed more fuel.I went from #145 to #160 2&half turns on pilot jet with a #25.
