DR 470 kit?

I was thinking about putting the Duncan Racing 470 kit in to my Z. I am wanting some feedback or some pros or cons about this idea. Or, if anyone has delt with Duncan racing and their products in general it would be very helpful.

dude just get a honda 450r and you will b good. the 400s suck

i would also like to know we all know that the 450s are awesome, but some of us have 400s for the time being. most of us can't shell out the money for a new wheeler. i bought my dvx 400 for $250 from a bank repo-dwi case so i don't have much into my wheeler so i would like to know how the duncan big bore is also.

i think the performance of a mildly built 400 isnt too far off from a 450,at least my z440 runs 450 like with just a big bore kit and exhaust,i havent even put my fcr on it yet.well the main reason for me having the z is reverse,how many 450 sport quads you know have reverse.thats important to some of us.If i feel the need for extreme speeds i have a 65hp banshee for adrenaline rushes

yeah the fcr should help the topend pull a bit,it did wonders on a 400ex i had before.My 440 will run with a 450 for the first 150ft or so and actually has more torque than a 450er my buddy has,they just run out of steam on the top compared to the 450s,but when i ride it at its strength which is the low to mid rpm range ala "short shift" motor its very effective.After all a mid motor is faster than anything else from point a to b

Once i get a longer swingarm and try and lower it a bit,it'll be perfect,a bit tall for my liking but i'll make it a good hill climber yet

No doubt...I run a 440 with supporting mods and and am comfortable watching Rs in my rear view mirror.

If you stroke that thing to a 470 with the FCR it will be ridiculous fast. You'll easily leave modded 450s all day long.

The Z is a great bike to build.

I heard mid to high 50,s in hp with that 470kit? trinity say,s 55 hps with there kit .that kind of hps would smoke any stock to lightly modded 450 thats for sure .Does anybody know what kind of hp the 500cc kit puts out ?
