Does any one have a good stock radiator they want to sell?? I was out riding with my friend and a very large rock was kicked up from his tire and hit my radiator. it started leaking. I tig welded the leak but i still want to change it.

I'd buy that radiator replacement kit BCS sells or get a PWR cap and weld it on your stock get the seat bracket from Warnert or make one to remove that plastic overflow tank by the engine heat. That will make your quad run better and last longer. That plastic tank seat bracket breaks on race team quads often anyway

Yeah man anything you can do to take the operating temp down helps.......engine parts expand and contract less, jackets and journals see less heat friction, less heat differentials in the motor, etc so top end intervals will be less.....it's the way to go!

Only down fall is since you puke radiator fluid it needs to be checked after every race.

I don't know I have not done the work on ours yet our plastic one is partially broke off, you got to get rid of the recovery tank to use it I think. I'll probably just purchase the BCS kit comes w/the radiator/bracket/ they got the oversize fan and got it all figured out soon as I got the $
