I have the pro armor power grip pegs with pro armor nerfs and I just bought the pro armor heel guards and the tires rub them really bad when I jump or even hit a small bump. Anyone else have this issue?

yeah thats a problem associated with aluminum heel guards is that when you have a long travel set up in the rear or are running large rear tires(22's etc.) they tend to rub

i would go out and see if you can find a net heel guard that will work with your pro armor setup

I am running 20 inch razr 1's with gt thunder rebuilt stock shock with gt thunder xc link.

yeah, those GT thunder parts are probably the source of the problem

like i said, see if you can find a net heel guard that will go with your pro armor nerfs

I just got off the phone woth pro armor and they said the heel guards will not work on the '04-'05's. They only work on the '06 and up since they have a longer swingarm.

search around for a set from another company that will work with your pro armors

yeah, it sucks though since these look so good. Oh well, back to the drawing board I guess.
