My son has a DS90x. When we go on long trail rides, it will just stop running for no apparent reason. I pulled the plug and there was no spark. once hte bike sits for a while it will restart. It seems like ti has something to do with the bike getting too hot. I tried a cooler plug and it is still happening. My dealer has no idea what it could be other than a short somewhere. I took all the plastics off and all the wiring was in good shape. My next option is to replace the CDI (preferable with the Max RPM one). Anyone else have any ideas.

I have a MaxRPM CDI for you if you want one........... There should be some other signs if you are running that hot.
